Well-at-Work is a comprehensive wellness program available to all Christian Care employees. Employees have opportunities throughout the year to participate in Well-Challenges, attend education workshops, work with health coaches, and more.

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth.
Why Wellness Matters
Maintaining an optimal level of wellness is absolutely crucial to live a higher quality of life. Wellness matters. Wellness matters because everything we do and every emotion we feel relates to our well-being. In turn, our well-being directly affects our actions and emotions. It’s an ongoing circle.
Why At Work
According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS}, “employers play an integral role in helping individuals improve their cardiovascular health by creating worksites that support blood pressure control, cholesterol management, tobacco control, good nutrition, and physical activity.”
Rewards and Incentives
By engaging in the Well-at-Work Program, Christian Care employees have the option of earning a Reduced Medical Premium on the company-sponsored medical plan. All other participants will be eligible for WE CARE rewards.
Awards
Christians Cares Well-at-Work Program has received numerous awards over the past decade for its efforts to Enhance the Well-Being of its staff. In 2017, Christian Care was recognized as a Top 100 Healthiest Employer by Healthiest Employer, LLC. In 2018, Well-at-Work received Platinum, and Bronze recognition from local and national organizations.
