#MY-FIVE CHALLENGE! January 13th – March 31st.
Track and Submit Weekly Progress, Improve Your Well-Being!

Step 1.) Choose one of the Eight Dimensions of Wellness that could personally use improvement. Financial, Spiritual, Physical, etc.

Step 2.) Choose one of the FIVE ways to Improve your selected dimension of wellness i.e., Lose, Save, Give, Increase, or Reduce.

Step 3.) Make a Promise to improve that dimension during the challenge by 5%.
Example: I promise to lose 5% of my body weight (physical wellness) during the #MY-FIVE Challenge. *a starting weight of 200 lbs – 5% = a 10 lb weight loss promise.
