My Wellness Story: Susan Miller

“I don’t feel I have a true success  story, but I’m willing  to share my recent lifestyle change and weight loss results.I have the joy of working with an amazing group of young ladies at the Cornell Memory Center, Hopkinsville, KY.

Our team’s uniquely multi-generational. The millennial’s of the group are always trying new diets and looking for someone to join them.

No matter if it’s pre wedding dieting, a post pregnancy weight loss goal, or a campus wellness challenge- we support each other.

This spring my staff and I decided to try the Keto diet. By far, this has been the best diet for me and my body.

We knew we needed a lower our carbohydrate consumption, and that’s what stuck out about Keto.

I am happy to report a 20 pound weight loss!! The benefits for me have been:

I Sleep better, fewer hot flashes, lower blood sugar, more energy, and my desire for sugar has lessened.

I can still enjoy an occasional dessert, just prepared a little differently than before.”
